Rooftop Reset: HSG x HEY Wellbeing Collective

In collaboration with HEY Wellbeing Collective, we’re bringing you a summer series of Saturday morning wellbeing sessions. Set above the city, away from the noise, and designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

From empowering breathwork, movement & yoga, herbal alchemy, styling confidence, full moon circles, mindfulness, and more. There’s something for everyone in this carefully curated series!

The series culminates in a special extended finale cacao ceremony in September… a truly immersive way to close the summer with intention.

FAQs

Are there any contraindications?
  • Epilepsy – some rare forms of epilepsy may be triggered by sound. If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy please check with your doctor whether a sound bath is safe for you.
  • Pregnancy – sound baths should be safe during pregnancy but please do your own research to make sure you are happy to take part and let us know if you are pregnant.
  • Severe or Clinical Mental Health Problems – please check with your doctor or mental health professional that a sound bath will be safe for you.
  • Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) – please check with a medical professional whether a sound bath is safe for you.

By booking you are agreeing that a sound bath is safe for you and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing.

What should I bring with me?

To fully enjoy this experience, please bring a yoga mat and dress in warm, comfortable clothing. It’s also recommended to bring a bottle of water as it is common to feel dehydrated after a sound bath. You might also choose to bring a small cushion, blanket and eye mask. For those unable to lie on the floor, chairs will be provided.

Can I get a refund?

As a small charity we rely on income from tickets to support artists development and cover the cost of staging the event. For this reason we cannot offer refunds on tickets but are happy to transfer if you notify us no less than 48 hours before the event.

Please be aware that we will only be able to refund the cost of the ticket. Fees charged by Eventbrite are non-refundable.
