What we offer

Food

We don’t provide in-house catering, but our location puts you right at the heart of Hull’s best food scene. From local restaurants to artisan producers, we can connect you with trusted suppliers who deliver everything from working lunches to networking canapés. Or, if you prefer, you are welcome to arrange your own catering to suit the tone and style of your event.

Our team

Our experienced team will support you at every stage, from planning through to delivery. We will make sure everything runs smoothly, leaving you free to focus on your guests and objectives.

Photography

We collaborate with skilled local photographers who know the gallery well and understand how to capture its character. We can recommend professionals whose style will align perfectly with your event.

Ground floor cafe

Available year-round, our industrial-style café is a versatile space ideal for networking receptions, team socials or informal gatherings. It has a capacity of 100 people standing or 40 seated. A built-in sound system makes it easy to set the right tone, whether that’s background music, a playlist, or a live DJ.

Space 01

Located just off the café, Space 1 is available at certain times depending on the exhibition programme. Adding this space increases floor space and increases capacity by 50 people, offering additional flexibility for breakout sessions, networking or display areas.

Space 02

Our largest space, on the second floor, is available when the exhibition programme allows. With its open layout and high ceilings it can host up to 100 people and can be adapted for large gatherings, performances or presentations.

Rooftop terrace

With sweeping views across the city and a capacity of up to 60 people, our rooftop terrace is a stunning setting for post-event drinks, networking sessions or informal gatherings. It also provides a memorable backdrop for photography and media.
