Whether you are working on a photoshoot, a TV spot, a music video or documentary, our spaces offer atmosphere, flexibility and a creative energy that is hard to find elsewhere.

What we offer

Food

We don’t provide in-house catering, but our location means you are surrounded by some of the best food suppliers in Hull. We can point you towards trusted local cafés, restaurants and producers, or you can bring in your own catering to keep your crew fuelled and focused.

Our team

From the initial enquiry through to shoot day, our team will work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will help coordinate access, timings and logistics so that you can focus on capturing the perfect shot.

Equipment support

Need something extra for your shoot? While we do not supply filming kit directly, we can connect you with trusted local hire companies for lighting, sound or technical equipment, making your production process easier.

Ground floor cafe

With an industrial feel, exposed character and the iconic Dead Bod mural, the café is a versatile space for shoots. It has a capacity of 100 people standing or 40 seated, and comes with a sound system for playback if needed.

Space 01

Located just off the café, Space 1 is available at certain times depending on the exhibition programme. It adds floorspace and capacity for an extra 50 people, giving you more flexibility for filming setups or photoshoots.

Space 02

Our second floor space is the largest in the building. With a capacity of 100, it is ideal for larger productions or shoots needing a blank canvas.

Rooftop terrace

The rooftop terrace offers stunning views across Hull and is a striking location for outdoor photography, skyline backdrops and unique city shots.
